We take great pride in the satisfaction of our supporters. From 2020 to 2023, a mere 0.019% of our orders encountered returns, damages, or were lost — that's only one issue per 603 packages. This performance is exceptional, especially when compared to the typical 8-10% return rate at physical stores and 18-20% at online retailers. While we strive for perfection, we acknowledge that issues may occasionally arise. Our strong track record stems from our meticulous attention to packaging and a steadfast commitment to quality. Returns:
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason our products don't meet your expectations, or if they don't resonate as you had hoped, we're here to help. You can easily return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item's cost.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@beyondbohemian.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

  2. Securely package your items, ensuring they are returned in their original condition.

Please Note:

  • Our supporters value the unique energies of our products. To maintain this integrity, we limit the return window to 30 days, ensuring all items we resell carry the authentic Beyond Bohemian energy.

  • Unless there's an error on our part or an item is damaged in transit, return shipping costs are generally not covered, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed promptly and returned to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item.

Additional Considerations for Free Shipping Orders:

  • Orders that initially qualified for free shipping but, due to returns, fall below the free shipping threshold will have our standard shipping fee of $7.95 deducted from the refund amount.


Insurance Claims:
All packages are fully insured against loss and damage in case anything happens. Claims for damage must be supplemented with photographs of the item(s), packaging materials, and the box it was shipped in to be eligible for compensation. Damage must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery. Packages that have not been delivered within 20 calendar days (for US shipments) or 40 calendar days (for International shipments) by the carrier are eligible for a loss in transit claim.


Order Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted as long as the order has not been shipped for a full refund.


Exchanges:
Exchanges are treated as returns for store credit or a refund, your choice.


Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products not in resalable condition (i.e. damaged or altered by the consumer)

  • Products not sold by Beyond Bohemian

  • Custom Orders

  • Bulk items requesting to be returned in quantities less than the amount originally purchased

  • Discounted or Clearance Items
