Shipping Information

  • All domestic orders over $99 are automatically provided complimentary shipping during checkout. Shipping on orders below $99 within the United States and its territories are charged a flat rate of $7.95. This is used to cover the costs of environmentally friendly packaging materials in addition to the postage costs. USPS Priority Mail is the standard delivery service for all orders which includes speedy delivery times, safe handling, tracking, and insurance. Heavy shipments (e.g. over 20 pounds) may use UPS Ground as they are better suited to deliver large packages. We do not use cheap, unreliable, untracked, and uninsured shipping on any of our items. For all domestic packages valued over $500 a signature service is automatically included. Our supporters deserve the assurance their items will arrive safely and quickly without any issues.

  • We offer discounted international shipping through USPS/GlobalPost for countries outside the U.S. Rates depend on destination, weight, and items. Taxes and duties are included in shipping costs for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

    Other countries might have import taxes and duties that must paid by the importer before package release. These amounts vary by country. On average, most of our supporters pay around 20% of their order total. You can estimate these costs ahead of time using an online calculator like Global Post specific to your country and goods type. Our common tariff codes are 7103.10.20 for raw material and 7103.99.10 for polished material, but some items might have different codes for accurate customs descriptions.

    Keep in mind all transactions are conducted in USD. We recommend visiting xe.com for current and historical exchange rates between the United States and your country.

    Most international orders take about 9 days in transit, with the majority arriving in under two weeks. If our shipping rates appear high, it's due to shipping large or heavy items overseas. For sizable orders, think about using a freight forwarding company for discounts and smoother customs clearance. You'll get a special storage address from their U.S. warehouses, letting you use domestic shipping at our checkout. Many supporters use options like MyUS and ForwardMe, but definitely compare rates with online postage calculators to find the best deal.

  • Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible. We put a lot of care and attention into each shipment to ensure we are sending our best items and packaging everything to arrive safe upon delivery. Orders ship from our Naples, Florida showroom Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

    Our average processing time (excluding weekends, holidays, and periods of scheduled seasonal closures) is 33 hours.

    While the vast majority of orders are completed in less than 2 business days, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship after your order has been submitted.

  • Delivery time estimates are between 1-3 business days for shipments in the United States and 6-10 business days for international shipments. Keep in mind these times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

    Once your order is complete you will receive an email with a tracking number to locate your package while in transit. If it has been over 14 business days since your order has shipped and has not been delivered, please contact us and we will communicate with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

  • In consideration of the environment, expedited services such as overnight shipping cannot be offered. For added security a signature for delivery may be requested. For all domestic packages valued over $500 a signature service is automatically included. Please contact us to arrange for this extra service if your order total falls below this threshold. If you are purchasing a gift for someone you can leave a “note” in the checkout process and we can include a handwritten message in the package.

  • All items are shipped with full insurance coverage from the shipping carrier. While we hope it never happens, in the extremely rare incidence of loss or damage you will be fully covered and reimbursed. We do ask for your cooperation to assist with filing an insurance claim before processing a refund. This may include sending photographs to document the damaged item(s), packaging materials, and the shipping box. If your order has not been delivered by the shipping carrier within 15 business days we can offer a refund or send replacement items free of charge.

  • Once the package is out of the possession of Beyond Bohemian and departs our facility, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to ensure it gets to the final destination safely and securely. In some places, packages left out in the open are unsafe and you must work with the carrier to retrieve the package. Typically the carrier will leave a notice for pickup or schedule a redelivery. If a package is marked as "delivered" but has not been received please contact your local post office or postal worker for assistance to help locate your package. If USPS discovers they made an error on delivery, lost your package, or documentable damage occurs in transit we can file an insurance claim on your behalf and you will be eligible for either a full refund or replacement of your item(s). Packages that are accurately delivered by confirming GPS coordinates to the shipping address used during checkout may not be eligible for compensation unless documentable proof of theft occurs. If you have concerns about the safety of your delivery we strongly recommended contacting us to purchase a signature service shipping option. Beyond Bohemian is not liable for stolen packages or if you provide an incorrect shipping address. Returned packages marked as “refused” or “return to sender” from the shipping carrier will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Authorized returns are eligible for a full refund, however the cost of return shipping and adequate insurance is the purchaser's responsibility unless Beyond Bohemian made a mistake on the original order.
