This variety of blue lace agate is "AA" grade for having a great vibrant blue crystal color and and containing minimal surface deposits. A challenging mineral to clean and polish because of the druzy crystals and complex shapes, we were able to achieve great results on these geode specimens with our natural materials. Blue lace agate almost exclusively comes from Namibia for production in polished items like tumbled stones, palm stones, and jewelry items, so finding anything in raw form is particularly challenging. However these amazing crystalline raw geodes have recently been discovered in Malawi and contain a beautiful mix of blue and white colors. Larger geodes are especially rare to find and are highly sought after. 100% natural and never irradiated or color enhanced, this blue lace agate stone would be ideal for decor or for a serious crystal collector.
