Stunning sodalite from Namibia with a vibrant royal blue color and striking white banding that is among the best in the world. Occasionally small amounts of pyrite may be present, but not enough to classify the material as lapis lazuli. Produced from top grade selected material by expert lapidary artists without the use of stone sealers or resins. With this in mind, it is somewhat common to encounter small fracture lines and rough areas on the stone surface to keep the product as natural as possible.
