Clear quartz is exactly what it sounds like. Transparent, sometimes water-clear, sometimes threaded with rainbow inclusions where the crystal grew around trapped minerals. It's one of the most common stones on earth and still one of the most useful. Quartz has been used by virtually every culture throughout history.
