90-Day Return Window
If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or simply doesn't resonate with you, you have 90 days from delivery to request a full refund of the item's cost.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@beyondbohemian.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack your item securely — returned items must be in their original condition.
- Follow our instructions — we'll send you everything you need to complete the process.
What to Know
- Return window: Returns are welcome within 90 days of delivery
- Return shipping: We ask that customers cover the cost of return shipping. If the item arrived damaged or the error was on our end, we'll take care of it
- Original shipping charges: The original shipping cost is not included in your refund, unless the issue was on our end
- Refund timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of receiving your return
- Free shipping orders: If your return brings the order total below $99, the $5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items not in resalable condition
- Items not sold by Beyond Bohemian
- Subscription boxes
- Custom orders
- Bulk items returned without original quantities
- Discounted or clearance items
