What is shungite good for?

How do I know your shungite is real and not dyed?

How do I cleanse and care for shungite?

Most people cleanse shungite with sound (a bell or a singing bowl), smoke (sage, palo santo, cedar), moonlight overnight, or by placing it on a piece of selenite. Shungite is soft at 2 on the Mohs scale, so skip water and salt cleansing. How often is up to you. A weekly reset is a common rhythm, but there's no rule. The practice matters more than the schedule.
