Focus Crystals

Focus is a small word for a hard thing. Most of the time, what we actually want isn't more focus, it's fewer interruptions and a way to come back when we notice we've drifted.

This collection includes stones traditionally worked with for concentration and mental clarity. Fluorite is the classic, known for its association with structured thinking. Clear quartz is the other staple. Hematite, tiger's eye, and sodalite round out the group.

The practice with these stones is usually on a desk. A cluster in eyesight, a palm stone within reach, a tumbled piece in a pocket. The stone becomes the return point when attention wanders.
