These are AA-grade Sodalite tumbled stones from Kunene, Namibia, sold by the piece or by the pound. Sodalite is a royal-blue sodium aluminum silicate, often mistaken for lapis lazuli but without the pyrite flecks. Each piece runs 1.25-2 inches at Mohs 6, bought directly at the source. A favorite focus stone for desks.
Sodalite is a deep royal blue, usually marbled with white calcite veins. It's easy to confuse with lapis lazuli from across a room, but sodalite has no pyrite and a slightly softer feel.
Discovered in Greenland and elsewhere.

Sodalite has long been used in practices around coming back to the task in front of you, listening to the quieter signals, and quiet, steady calm. It's traditionally linked to the throat and third eye chakras. If that resonates, keep one in your pocket on days you know you'll need to speak up. There's no single right way to carry it.

Sodalite sits at 6 on the Mohs scale, about as hard as glass, so it handles daily use but will scratch against harder stones. Keep chemical cleaners away from it; they can etch the surface.
