EU customers: your right of withdrawal
If you're ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason or none at all. That's in addition to our standard 90-day return window, so in practice you have far longer than the law requires.
To cancel or return an order:
- Sign in to your account at account.beyondbohemian.com and open the order.
- Select "Request return" or "Request cancellation" and follow the prompts.
- You'll receive an email confirming your request.
Prefer to write to us? Email info@beyondbohemian.com with your name and order number, and we'll take care of it.
A few details:
- Return shipping: for a withdrawal, you cover the cost of sending the item back. If it arrived damaged or the error was ours, we cover it.
- Refunds: once you cancel, we'll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.
- Condition: items should come back in resalable condition.
