This industry is specific. Supply is inconsistent because the material comes out of the ground in batches. Ethical sourcing costs more and is harder to explain than to do. Pricing pressure comes from sellers who are not carrying your costs. Generic advice does not survive contact with any of that.
These sessions are the opposite of a course. You bring your real numbers and your real constraints. You leave with a short list of things to do next, in the order that matters, sized to the time you actually have.

The work here is narrowing your attention, not expanding it. You leave knowing what to ignore.

Growth Session
For established businesses that feel plateaued, inconsistent, or dependent on bursts of effort and seasonal luck. We find what is creating the volatility, cut what is no longer earning its place, and strengthen the base.
The goal is not growth at any cost. It is steadier income and a business that keeps working on the weeks when you do not have it in you.

How a session actually runs.
You fill out a short questionnaire covering your business, your goals, and your constraints. It takes about ten minutes and it is the reason the session is not spent on background.
We review what you sent: channels, inventory, pricing, positioning, capacity. You are paying for two hours of the session, and this part is on us.
Two hours, straight to the point. We work through what is actually in front of you rather than a curriculum.
You get a written action plan you can execute in real life, not an idealized version of it. No long-term commitment and nothing to cancel.
This is not for everyone, and we would rather say so now.

- You are looking for tactics, scripts, or a template you can copy.

We are not trying to sell you crystals here.
This is not a showroom appointment and it is not built to move you toward buying from us. We actively encourage diversifying your suppliers, and we will tell you when someone else is a better source for something.
Our interest is in you reaching the right customers with a product line that resonates, whether or not that includes Beyond Bohemian as a wholesale supplier. A shop that survives is worth more to this industry than a shop that bought from us once.

Do I have to be a wholesale customer?
No. These sessions are completely separate from the wholesale program, and plenty of the people we work with buy nothing from us at all.
What if I only have a fifteen minute question?
Then take the free consultation and ask it. We would rather answer it in fifteen minutes than sell you two hours you did not need.
Is this only for crystal businesses?
Crystal shops, wellness brands, boutiques, and ethically sourced retail are where our experience is deepest. If you are outside that, say so on the free call and we will tell you honestly how much of it transfers.
Can you help with taxes, entity structure, or legal questions?
No. We are not CPAs or attorneys and we do not give tax or legal advice. We can work through pricing, margins, budgets, and cash flow, and we will flag the questions worth taking to your CPA.
What do I actually walk away with?
A written action plan: the specific things to do next, in order, sized to the time and money you told us you have. Not a strategy deck.
How is this different from a business coach?
A coach usually works on you. This works on the business. We have been operating in this exact market since 2015, so the advice comes from having made the decisions rather than having studied them.
