Throat Chakra

The throat chakra, or Vishuddha, sits at the base of the throat. It's the fifth chakra in the traditional system and gets associated with voice, honesty, and saying the hard thing.

The stones worked with here are usually blue. Amazonite, blue lace agate, aquamarine, sodalite, turquoise, and lapis lazuli are the most common. Each has its own character inside the broader theme.

Throat work is often about permission to speak. A stone worn as a pendant, held before a conversation, or kept on the desk during writing. The practice is honesty. The stone is the reminder.
