Our minimum wholesale order is $150 USD.

Your discount grows with the order: 30% off at $150, 40% off over $300, and 50% off over $1,000. Tiers are based on the retail value in your bag, so you always see what unlocks the next rate.

A one-time $99 membership fee. It isn't refundable once your account is active.

Wholesale at this level doesn't pay for itself the way people assume. Deep discounts, free shipping on every order, and hand-checking each one cost real time and money. The membership covers part of that, and it means we put our energy into shops that are serious about growing the right way.

No license is required to apply. If your business is in Maryland and you submit a Maryland sales tax ID, your orders are exempt from Maryland sales tax; without it, Maryland sales tax is added at checkout. Buyers outside Maryland pay no sales tax.

Yes, you are welcome to order small quantities or individual pieces as samples, and we encourage you to test products before you commit a shelf to them. Your $150 tier exists partly for that.

Where we draw a line is orders built almost entirely from small increments of our bulk categories. Orders that include more than 10 items from bulk categories (bulk tumbled stones, bulk raw stones and crystals) in 1/8 pound, 1/4 pound, or individual-piece increments take considerably more labor and packaging than the pricing supports, and we may reach out about them before shipping.

For the best return in your own shop, 1-pound options are usually the stronger buy, especially if you are shipping internationally.

To keep our wholesale program sustainable, only regularly priced items are eligible for wholesale discounts.

Bundles and sets, Perfectly Imperfect items, and gift cards are reserved for retail purchases only.

Only when you are signed in. To see live wholesale pricing you have to be logged in to the account you registered with. Signed out, you are seeing retail.

Once you are signed in, your rate shows on every product page and updates as your bag grows past each tier.

Wholesale orders ship within 3 to 7 business days. Every order is selected and packed by hand, and larger orders take the full window. Within the US, most orders arrive 1 to 5 business days after they ship, and you'll get tracking the moment yours leaves the studio.

US wholesale orders ship free, on every order, with no threshold to clear.

International wholesale orders ship with DHL, Delivered Duty Paid. Shipping is calculated live at checkout by destination and weight, and your import taxes and duties are collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.

Some of our exclusive items come from artisanal sources that can only produce small quantities and priority of those items are given to established wholesale accounts. If you are after something you don't see let us know and we will try our best to help. If you are seeking a large volume of a particular item that we do not have on hand we may require a deposit to secure the item from one of our trusted suppliers to arrive in a future shipment. Please contact us for a quote and a time frame of delivery. While we try to keep up with demand and have plentiful stock of all of our items, we generally do not offer back orders on items that are out of stock as products can vary considerably with each batch and may not always be the same as previous batches.

For personal purchases made in large volumes we can offer similar prices to the introductory wholesale level and no business license is needed. Many products offer significant price breaks as the quantity goes up. Additionally we often feature heavily discounted items that do not require wholesale registration to purchase.
