Our minimum wholesale order is $150 USD.
Your discount grows with the order: 30% off at $150, 40% off at $300, and 50% off at $1,000. Tiers are based on the retail value in your bag, so you always see what unlocks the next rate.
Since 2015, we've worked with small-scale miners, cooperatives, and artisan lapidaries. The shops we partner with carry that same standard forward to their own customers.
We are not the cheapest wholesaler and we are not trying to become one. Every choice we have made about sourcing costs more than the alternative. If price per pound is how you buy, there are suppliers who will serve you better than we will, and we would rather you use them than be disappointed by us.
"I would change how most shops carry exactly the same stock. Choice is usually an illusion right now."
Your rate is set by the retail value in your bag and applies the moment you're signed in. No quotes, no negotiating. Shipping, packing, and insurance are ours on every U.S. order, so the number in your cart is the number that leaves your account.
Enough to test a few lines before you commit a shelf to them.
Where most of our partners order. A full restock across several stones.
Our best rate. Season buys, opening inventory, and anchor pieces.
Stones are heavy, and almost nobody in crystal wholesale ships them free, because it's expensive to do. We do it anyway, and it's the reason the rates are tiered: bigger orders are what make it work. The rate you earn is the margin you keep, with nothing quietly added at the end.
The $200 is an illustration. It's about what you see importing from another country once freight, duties, taxes, and handling fees are added up. From a domestic wholesaler it's more often $50 to $100. Either way it's a number you have to work out before you know your real margin, and it changes with every order. Here there's nothing to work out: less time on a calculator doing conversions and pricing things out, and a margin you can see before you place the order.
Wholesale pricing covers essentially the whole catalog. Three exceptions, all for the same reason: Perfectly Imperfect pieces are already deeply marked down, and bundles, sets, and gift cards are priced as retail products. Discounts do not stack on any of the three.
I worked at a crystal wholesaler before I started this. I saw how the trade actually works, and I could not unsee it.
Most crystals pass through four or five hands before they reach a shop. Mine, sorting facility, exporter, importer, distributor. Every hand takes a margin and loses a little more of the story. By the time a stone reaches a shelf, nobody left in the chain can tell you where it started, and most of them have stopped asking.
I started Beyond Bohemian in 2015 to work the other way. Buy direct from people I know by name. Ask the questions. Write down the answers. Say so plainly when I do not know something, because that happens too.
That path is slower and it costs more. It also means that when one of your customers picks up a piece and asks where it came from, you have something true to tell them. In a market where most shops carry the same stock from the same anonymous sources, that is not a small thing. It is most of what separates a shop people remember from one they walk past.
We would rather you knew every term before you applied, which is why all of them are on this page.

| What your customer asks | Industry norm | Beyond Bohemian |
|---|---|---|
| Where was this mined? | Country at best, often nothing | Region documented on the product page |
| Has it been dyed, heated, or stabilized? | Inconsistent, rarely volunteered | Always disclosed, including when we do not know |
| Who handled it before you? | Layered brokers, no answer | One of five sourcing paths, each one documented |
| Is this good quality for what it is? | Graded once, at speed, under bright lights | Inspected again and graded in our studio |
| Can I ask you something specific? | Ticket queues, AI chatbots, or a rep who does not know the products | Reply to any email and you get us |
"I have scoured the internet and Faire. A year later I only purchase with one other vendor and they don't come close to providing the provenance or overall quality that you do. That part is so important to me because I pass the story on."
Nobody covers thirty-plus countries on direct relationships alone, and any supplier who tells you they do is either very small or not being straight with you. We use five paths. Each one has its own integrity and its own paperwork, and none of them is a fallback for the others. When a customer asks your staff who handled a piece before you did, this is the answer you get to give.
A first-name relationship with the miner, the lapidary, or the artisan who made the piece. The shortest chain we can build, and the one we build first when it is available.
Long-term, vetted, small-scale partners we have worked with for years. One step removed from the source, with the same questions asked and answered.
Community-based aggregation, where a group of small producers pools what they bring up. More than half of our inventory moves under this model.
A vetted intermediary, with paperwork required before anything moves. This is the model we lean on least, by intention, and we say so on the product page when we use it.
Material already in circulation: estate pieces, old stock, collections that change hands. No new extraction demand at all.
The full standard, including what we do when a path cannot be verified, is published at From the Source to You. Your customers can read it too. That is the point of publishing it.
30 to 50% off essentially the entire catalog, set so your shop has real margin without us trimming quality to fit.
Origin, treatment, and supply chain context lives on every product page. You get the same published information your customers see, so what you tell them matches what we can back up. When we asked our partners what would help them most, this was the one thing every single one of them picked.
On every wholesale order, with no threshold to clear and no flat-rate games. International ships DHL with duties collected at checkout, and no markup from us.
New arrivals, limited pieces, and rare origins come to wholesale partners before they reach our retail floor.
Shop the full catalog whenever you are ready. Or write to us and we will help you pull a selection that fits your shop, including telling you when something is a slow mover. We would rather you order eight things that sell than thirty that sit.
Send your packaging bags back and we reuse them. It cuts your cost and keeps them out of the landfill.
