Why we buy our own bags back
A reusable bag isn't sustainable because it can be reused. It's sustainable because somebody actually reuses it.
Our crystals ship in cotton drawstring bags instead of plastic. Many of you already give them a second life: storing stones, wrapping gifts, carrying a few pieces in a bag or pocket. We noticed. This program is the next step, so the bags that would otherwise sit unused come back to the studio and go out again with someone else's order, maybe even your own next one.
It means fewer new bags made, less packaging in landfills, and a little something back for you for making the effort.

How it works
- Save your bags
Keep our cotton bags after you unpack your crystals. Send the ones still in good shape. If a bag doesn't feel like it has another life left in it, keep it out of the box.
- Fill out the form below
Tell us roughly how many bags you have and the size of the box you'll ship them in. One of our original shipping boxes works best. Please skip flat-rate boxes and padded mailers.
- We email you a prepaid label
Once you have 20 or more bags and a U.S. address, we'll send a return label so shipping costs you nothing.
- Your credit lands in your account
When the box arrives, we count the bags in good condition and add $0.50 for each one as store credit to your Beyond Bohemian account, ready to use at checkout.

- Who can join?
- Customers with a U.S. shipping address. You'll need at least 20 bags to receive a prepaid label.
- Does my credit expire?
- No. It stays in your account until you use it.
- What counts as good condition?
- A bag we'd be happy to send to the next customer: clean, drawstring intact, no holes or heavy stains. Worn-out bags are better off staying home as rags or craft scraps.
- How do I use my credit?
- Sign in to your account at checkout and your credit applies to your order.
- I'm outside the U.S. Can I still take part?
- Not right now. Flying a box of bags across an ocean would cost more in shipping and carbon than the bags save. Keep them, reuse them, or pass them along to someone who packages small goods. That still closes the loop.
