Shipping & Inventory Assistant
Rockville, MD | In Person
Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: 10–20 hours per week to start
Flexible scheduling between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Start Date: Immediately
This role begins with shipping, fulfillment, and inventory support. As we grow, there’s genuine opportunity to take on more responsibility and evolve into a larger role.
What You’ll Do

Pull and pack orders with care and accuracy

Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments

Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace

Refill, label, and manage inventory

Prepare items for product photography

Occasionally assist with simple customer inquiries or local pickups
What We’re Looking For

Detail-oriented and careful with fragile items

Able to work independently once trained

Comfortable with a mix of standing and sitting
(approximately 70% standing / 30% sitting) -
Light to moderate lifting is typical, with occasional heavier lifting up to 55 lbs during shipment arrivals

Sales Manager

Starting Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Primarily 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (some flexibility)
Start Date: Immediately
This is a long-term, growth-oriented role for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and help scale the business thoughtfully.
What You’ll Do

Evaluation Step:
This role begins with a 30-day evaluation period paid at $25 per hour. After 30 days, compensation will be adjusted within the $25–$30 range based on performance and responsibility.
