Rose quartz is the softest pink in the quartz family. Not a bright pink, more like the color of a cloud at sunrise, sometimes translucent, sometimes cloudy, always warm to look at.
Ancient Romans and Egyptians used rose quartz facial masks, believing it would prevent wrinkles and keep skin clear.

Rose quartz has long been used in practices around opening to connection, with yourself and others, coming back to yourself with kindness, and working through difficult feelings at your own pace. It's traditionally linked to the heart chakra. If that resonates, keep it nearby during quiet moments or by the bed for rest. There's no single right way to carry it.
