Rhodonite takes its name from the Greek rhodon, meaning rose.
Rhodonite has long been used in practices around working through difficult feelings at your own pace, opening to connection, with yourself and others, and coming back to yourself with kindness. It's traditionally linked to the heart and root chakras. If that resonates, set one on a shelf where your eye lands on it during the day. There's no single right way to carry it.
