These tumbled stones come from Republic of Karélia, Russia. It's soft (Mohs 2), so handle it with a little care, keep it dry, and store it in its own pouch so harder stones don't scratch it.
Shungite has long been used in practices around a sense of groundedness when things feel uncertain, cleansing, and staying connected to your body and the moment.
