Rose quartz is the softest pink in the quartz family. Not a bright pink, more like the color of a cloud at sunrise, sometimes translucent, sometimes cloudy, always warm to look at.
Our specimens are sourced from Alaotra-Mangoro, Madagascar.
Ancient Romans and Egyptians used rose quartz facial masks, believing it would prevent wrinkles and keep skin clear.
In crystal traditions, rose quartz is often associated with opening to connection, with yourself and others, coming back to yourself with kindness, and working through difficult feelings at your own pace. It's traditionally linked to the heart chakra. If that resonates, hold one over your chest for a few breaths when you need to soften. Work with it the way that fits your own practice.
