Lepidolite
Shimmering lithium mica. Lavender scales in plate or bookmark form.
Lepidolite is a lithium-rich mica with a distinctive lavender-to-violet color, shimmering micaceous sheen, and layered book-like structure. It's the most common lithium-bearing mineral and one of the main commercial sources of lithium metal, though crystal market specimens are selected for color and polish rather than industrial grade. The name comes from Greek lepidos meaning scale, referring to the flaky layered habit. Traditionally associated with calm, emotional balance, and the specific kind of quiet that settles over you when overstimulation finally lets up.
