The sacral chakra, or Svadhishthana, sits just below the navel. It's the second chakra in the traditional system, associated with creativity, emotional flow, pleasure, and the kind of energy that moves things forward.
The stones traditionally worked with for the sacral are warm and orange-toned. Carnelian is the classic. Orange calcite, sunstone, tiger's eye, and amber are the others most people reach for.
Sacral work is about flow, not force. The practice tends to be soft. A stone at the desk during creative work, a palm piece during a slower morning, a carnelian in the pocket when you're trying to get unstuck.
Every piece is ethically sourced and graded.
