Where It Comes From
BrazilAbout This Lodolite
Included Quartz (Lodolite), often sold as Lodolite, is quartz that contains natural mineral inclusions (commonly chlorite or other growth patterns) that create "garden" or landscape-like scenes inside the crystal.
It forms in pockets and vein zones, often within granitic pegmatites. As a quartz variety it's typically around Mohs 7, with a chemical formula of SiO₂ and a trigonal crystal system.
Common commercial sources include Brazil, Madagascar, and the United States. Treatments are uncommon, but trade names can vary, so it's worth watching for glass look-alikes in low-cost markets.
Traditionally Used For
Included Quartz (Lodolite) is often associated with calm focus, inner clarity, and intentional manifestation. Many people reach for it when they want their next steps to feel both intuitive and grounded.
It's a favorite for meditation because the inclusions invite slow observation and presence. Energetically, it's commonly linked with the Third Eye and Crown chakras.
These are traditional associations drawn from historical practice. This stone is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
