These are AA-grade Lithium Quartz raw crystal points from Minas Gerais, Brazil, sold by the piece or by the pound. Pale lilac-pink phantoms inside each point come from lithium-bearing mineral layers deposited during growth. Each point runs 0.75-2.25 inches at Mohs 7, fully natural and untreated. A favorite sleep stone for bedside tables.
Lithium quartz is clear quartz with lithium-bearing mica inclusions, usually lepidolite or muscovite. The lithium gives these pieces a soft pink or lilac tint, sometimes a wash across the body, sometimes concentrated near the termination.
Minas Gerais is the primary source in the world. Hand-selected through our co-op partner.

Lithium Quartz sits at 7 on the Mohs scale, harder than a steel blade, so it handles daily carry and a quick rinse without fuss. Keep chemical cleaners away from it; they can etch the surface.

Each piece measures 0.75 to 2.25 inches on its longest side and weighs 2 to 50 grams. About 32 to 48 pieces per pound at this size, and each option shows its piece count.
Grades reflect visual quality within a batch. A is standard, with typical inclusions. AA shows stronger color, cleaner surfaces and tighter sizing. AAA is the top 10 to 15 percent of a batch. Every lot is inspected and graded by our team in Rockville, Maryland, not taken on the supplier’s word.
