These are AA-grade Clear Quartz mini crystal clusters from Minas Gerais, Brazil. A mini cluster is a small group of natural quartz points rising from a common base, sized for tight spaces. Each piece runs 1-2 inches at Mohs 7, completely untreated. A favorite focus stone for desks and crystal grids.
Clear Quartz is part of the Quartz family, with a trigonal (hexagonal family) crystal structure and a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale. It's been valued since prehistory; ancient Greek writers used the word "kristallos" to describe it, believing it was ice frozen so deeply it could never thaw.
It remains one of the most widely used crystals across cultures and traditions, valued for its clarity and versatility. Small clusters form when silica-rich fluids cool inside protected pockets, letting multiple crystals grow side by side on a common matrix.
Market note: the word "crystal" sometimes gets used for cut glass. Real quartz scratches glass and has no internal bubbles.
Clear Quartz is traditionally associated with cleansing, meditation, manifestation, and clarity. Long held to support mental focus and the resetting of stale energy in a space.

AA shows stronger color, cleaner surfaces and tighter sizing. AAA is the top 10 to 15 percent of a batch.
