These are AA-grade Flower Agate polished hearts from Sofia, Madagascar. Flower Agate is a Madagascar chalcedony where three-dimensional blossom-like inclusions float in a pink-to-cream base. Each heart runs 1.00-1.50 inches at Mohs 6.5-7, sourced through a community partnership. A favorite manifestation stone for gifting and display shelves.
Flower agate is a pale pink chalcedony with white crystalline inclusions that look like small flowers or bursts blooming inside the stone. It's a relatively new find from Madagascar.
Hand-selected from Sofia, Madagascar. Worth knowing: a lot of the flower agate on the market is dyed. What we carry is natural and untreated.
It is one of the most diverse and widely collected mineral groups, with dozens of named varieties based on color, pattern, and origin.

Flower Agate sits at 6.5-7 on the Mohs scale, about as hard as glass, so it handles daily use but will scratch against harder stones. Keep chemical cleaners away from it; they can etch the surface.
