excellent quality! i purchased a raw selenite slab from new mexico, a selenite polished stick from new mexico, the crystal set (amethyst, rose quartz, and clear quartz), a golden healer polished heart, and a larimar raw stone. upon receiving my crystals, i gasped at their beauty, energy, and quality. they are radiant. paul also generously included a labradorite heart in my order. the energy i feel from these crystals truly stems from paul's commitment to ethical sourcing. thank you, paul and beyond bohemian, for being one of very few companies in the crystal industry that cares about selling high-quality crystals and maintaining the utmost integrity in a largely unregulated industry!

These are AA-grade Golden Healer polished hearts from Alaotra-Mangoro, Madagascar. Golden Healer is quartz carrying yellow to golden iron oxide along its surface layers and fractures. Each heart runs 1.00-1.50 inches at Mohs 7, sourced through a community partnership. A favorite healing stone for bedside tables and gifting.
Golden healer is clear or smoky quartz with a coating or inclusion of iron oxide that gives it a warm golden tint. The color sits just under the surface of the crystal, so it glows rather than dominates.
This piece comes from Alaotra-Mangoro, Madagascar.
In the tradition, golden healer shows up most often around gentle, patient care for yourself, a simple anchor during practice, and clarifying what you actually want. It's traditionally linked to the solar plexus and crown chakras. If that resonates, carry it when you need to settle into your own confidence. Trust what feels useful and leave the rest.
These are traditional associations drawn from historical practice. This stone is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
Offered as a starting point for your own practice.
Golden Healer sits at 7 on the Mohs scale, harder than a steel blade, so it handles daily carry and a quick rinse without fuss. Keep chemical cleaners away from it; they can etch the surface.
Natural golden healer from Alaotra-Mangoro, Madagascar. Untreated. The golden coating is natural iron oxide.
You'll receive pieces from the same batch photographed, weighed to the amount you choose. Every piece passes our quality control and meets or exceeds what you see in the photos. Single specimens are listed separately and say so.
Each piece measures 1 to 1.5 inches on its longest side and weighs 20 to 50 grams.
Grades reflect visual quality within a batch. A is standard, with typical inclusions. AA shows stronger color, cleaner surfaces and tighter sizing. AAA is the top 10 to 15 percent of a batch. Every lot is inspected and graded by our team in Rockville, Maryland, not taken on the supplier’s word.
This batch is from Alaotra-Mangoro, Madagascar. It came to us through a community partnership, one of the sourcing models we publish and stand behind.
Every lot is inspected and graded by our expert team before it is listed, not taken on the supplier's word. AA on this listing means stronger color, cleaner surfaces and tighter sizing than the batch average. Pieces that miss the mark never reach the shop.
How We GradeSourced through a regional cooperative or community-based workshop. Processing and economic benefit stay local, which means more of the value reaches the people doing the work. We say what we know and where our tracing stops.
Our Sourcing StandardsEverything we sell is natural in origin: never synthetic, never dyed, never coated. Where a stone has been heated, irradiated or stabilized, which is common in the trade for some species, we say so on the listing. If a piece is not as described, return it within 90 days of delivery.
