These are A-grade Mangano Calcite hand polished stones from Ancash, Peru, sold by the piece or by the pound. Mangano calcite is a pink variety of calcite colored by trace manganese, with a soft blush tone that runs through the whole stone. Each piece runs 1.25-1.50 inches at Mohs 3, bought directly at the source. A favorite self love stone for bedside tables.

Our tumbled stones are sourced from Ancash, Peru. Worth knowing: a lot of the mangano calcite on the market is dyed. What we carry is natural and untreated.
At 3 on the Mohs scale, it's on the softer end. Keep it away from water and store it separately from harder pieces.
