These are A-grade Rhodochrosite hand polished stones from Catamarca Province, Argentina, sold by the piece or by the pound. Rhodochrosite is a manganese carbonate in rose pink with white banding; deeper color means higher manganese content. Each piece runs 0.75-1.25 inches at Mohs 3.5, fully natural and untreated. A favorite emotional healing stone for bedside tables.

These tumbled stones come from Catamarca Province, Argentina. It's soft (Mohs 3.5), so handle it with a little care, keep it dry, and store it in its own pouch so harder stones don't scratch it.
