These are AA-grade Rhodonite raw stones from Masvingo, Zimbabwe, sold by the piece or by the pound. Rhodonite is a manganese silicate whose rose pink is crossed by black manganese oxide veins. Each larger piece runs 1.50-3 inches at Mohs 5.5-6.5, fully natural and untreated. A favorite self love stone for meditation spaces.
Rhodonite is rose pink marbled with black veins of manganese oxide. The contrast is the point. Smooth, pink, and grounded all at once. Rhodonite takes its name from the Greek rhodon, meaning rose.

In crystal traditions, rhodonite is often associated with working through difficult feelings at your own pace, opening to connection, with yourself and others, and coming back to yourself with kindness. It's traditionally linked to the heart and root chakras. If that resonates, hold one over your chest for a few breaths when you need to soften. Work with it the way that fits your own practice.

Rhodonite sits at 5.5-6.5 on the Mohs scale, about as hard as glass, so it handles daily use but will scratch against harder stones. Keep chemical cleaners away from it; they can etch the surface.
