These are A-grade Clear Quartz crystal lamps from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Each lamp is polished from natural silicon dioxide, ranging from water-clear to frosted white. Lamps run roughly 3-5 by 3-5 by 6-8 inches at Mohs 7, sourced through a community partnership. A favorite clarity stone for desks and bedside tables.
Clear quartz is the purest member of the quartz family, plain silicon dioxide, and one of the most familiar crystals there is. It ranges from water-clear to a frosted snowy white. Worth knowing: clear quartz is one of the most imitated stones on the market, often swapped for glass. Real quartz runs cooler in the hand and carries natural inclusions. We bring these in from Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Clear quartz is traditionally the amplifier, used to lend focus and clarity to whatever you set beside it. It's most often linked to the crown chakra. Many people treat it as a blank slate, a stone they bring their own intention to.

Clear Quartz sits at 7 on the Mohs scale, harder than a steel blade, so it handles daily carry and a quick rinse without fuss. The one thing that hurts it is sunlight: months in a bright window will fade the color, and it does not come back.
