These are AA-grade Rhodonite polished hearts from Atsimo-Andrefana, Madagascar. Rhodonite pairs its rose-pink manganese silicate body with bold black veins of manganese oxide. Each heart runs 1.00-1.50 inches at Mohs 5.5-6.5, sourced through a community partnership. A favorite emotional healing stone for gifting and bedside tables.
Rhodonite is rose pink marbled with black veins of manganese oxide. The contrast is the point. Smooth, pink, and grounded all at once.
Rhodonite takes its name from the Greek rhodon, meaning rose.

Rhodonite sits at 5.5-6.5 on the Mohs scale, about as hard as glass, so it handles daily use but will scratch against harder stones. Keep chemical cleaners away from it; they can etch the surface.
